DELTA®-THENE 40
DELTA®-THENE 40 is intended for use as a full coverage below grade self-adhering waterproofing membrane, ideally suited for use behind DELTA®-DRAIN drainage composites.
DELTA®-THENE 40 has highly aggressive adhesive properties. The product acts as a full coverage below grade waterproof membrane. When used in combination with DELTA®-DRAIN, it helps provide a high degree of security and drainage for any residential waterproofing system.
DELTA®-THENE 40 is a 40 mil (1 mm) self-adhering (peel & stick) membrane. It consists of SBS (styrene-butadiene-styrene) modified asphalt combined with a cross-laminated polyethylene film.
DELTA®-THENE 40 comes in manageable 920 mm (36”) rolls with a release liner for easy application. It is applied to below grade foundation walls to provide an effective waterproof barrier. When used in combination with DELTA®-DRAIN and DELTA®-FOOTING BARRIER, it is part of an effective foundation protection system. In combination with DELTA®-THENE PRIMER it can be applied at temperatures as low as -5°C.
