DELTA®-VENT S Roof Underlayment
Residential residence in Orangeville, ON

Construction of a new residential residence in Orangeville, ON. Around 400 m² of DELTA®-VENT S, a highly vapor permeable roof underlayment, were installed during winter conditions. The moisture content of the wood was fairly high due to exposure to the elements. The permeable underlayment allowed the 'built-in' moisture to escape even after the roof was finished.
