DELTA-TERRAXX horizontal
Waterproofed surfaces should be cleaned thoroughly so as to avoid damage to the waterproofing after the drainage sheet has been laid out. In green roofs the waterproofing should either be equipped to resist root penetration or be covered by a protective sheet.
Simply roll out the drainage sheet on top of the waterproofing or the surface, with the permanent-filtration geotextile facing up. Use a utility knife to cut sheets to length
To make an overlap, lift the cloth edge of the neighbouring sheet, push the connecting sheet underneath it, pull off the non-stick paper of the adhesive tape, and glue the sheets together.
If a sheet needs to be extended lengthwise, push the extension sheet under it by at least 20cm.
To keep sheets from slipping they may be held together with DELTA®-HAFTNÄGEL.
Drainage sheets installed in soil-covered roofs are capable of bearing the weight of a wheelbarrow directly and that of a wheel-loader when covered by a soil layer of no less than 20cm.
