Application

Use a knife to cut the sheet to size across its width. Install the sheet so that the cloth-covered side faces the soil. Attach the sheet approximately 10 cm above the upper edge of the waterproofing layer.

After backfilling, trim the sheet in parallel with the surface of the soil and protect it with DELTA®-NOPPENBAHNEN-PROFIL. At the bottom, the sheet should end at the drain pipe.

DELTA®-TERRAXX may also be attached to perimeter insulation boards, which in this case must be safely glued to the foundation wall coating. Use at least 1 DELTA®-TERRAXX-SCHRAUBE per square metre and screw it through the sheet into the insulation board.

When installing a sheet, push its edge underneath the smooth overlap edge of the sheet installed previously. Remove the covering strip from the adhesive Tape and glue the two dimpled sheets together

When light wells have already been installed, cut the sheet precisely along their lower edge and make one vertical cut in the middle.

When DELTA®-TERRAXX is applied to perimeter insulation boards, protect the upper edge withDELTA®-TERRAXX-PROFIL

Material

A studded membrane made of special, high-density polyethylene and PP non-woven fabric.

Properties

DELTA-Terraxx guarantees universal protection from hydrostatic water pressure, seepage, and artesian water as per DIN 18195 when applied as a second waterproof layer on cellar waterproof sealings.
DELTA-Terraxx protects perimeter insulation boards from moisture, safeguards insulation performance, and effectively separates the perimeter insulation from the soil.
DELTA-Terraxx has self-adhesive overlapping edges.
DELTA-Terraxxis absolutely rot-proof and free of any recycled material.
DELTA-Terraxx is 2.40 m wide, which fits the height of most cellars. Sheets may be installed transversally, which speeds up the process by as much as 50 %.
