An integrated system.Quality management systems are all well and good, but an integrated management system that brings quality, safety, finances and environmental protection all into line is significantly more forward-thinking.
For this reason, Dörken GmbH & Co. KG has established a combined system of quality, safety at work and environmental management to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000, DIN EN ISO 14001 and EMAS II (eco-audit). However, successfully achieving this certification is just the latest step in a whole sequence of measures undertaken to safeguard quality and protect the environment.
The slogan ‘DELTA Protects Property. Saves Energy. Ensures Pleasant Surroundings’ acts as a guiding principle for the company and, at the same time, for the product range itself. Out of respect for nature, the issue of environmental protection is strictly observed in all areas of the business.
In manufacturing the company’s products, polyethylene, an environmentally friendly material, has therefore been used from the outset. In addition, we began recycling all waste from the production process over 20 years ago.
