Bolt connections & coefficient of friction (advanced)

The task of bolts is to connect two or more components in a force-fit manner. However, in order to guarantee a secure screw connection, knowledge about preload force and tightening torque as well as about friction coefficients is elementary.

What can you expect?

With the deliberately small group size, there is always time for your individual questions. The aim of this seminar is to impart in-depth knowledge about bolted connections.

  • Various surfaces and friction coefficients
  • Design of bolted joints, demolition VDI 2230
  • ISO 2320, clamping nuts
  • DIN 267 T27, adhesive coatings
  • Multiple tightening, VW 01131, MBN 10544, wheel bolts
  • Hot loosening
